I am a writer for Africa's biggest Newspapers - the EXIT NEWS - Africa's oldest LGBTI news agency and I am also a contributing writer for the Mail & Guardian. I was trained as a Citizen Journalist back in 2013 through the Gay and Lesbian Memory in Action's (GALA Queer Archives) Queer Youth Speak Out! workshop. Also, I was trained by Witness.org - an organization that helps people use video and technology to report and protect human rights. In addition to that, I have attended a number of media trainings through iranti-org, a media human rights organization that helps lesbian, trans, intersex and gender non-conforming (LTIGNC) movements in Africa use media as a platform for mobilization and shifting public dialogue.
